About Dr. Linda
I have been practicing the art and science of physical therapy, helping clients heal from pain and movement dysfunction since 1995. I have a doctoral degree in manual physical therapy, with a special interest in the treatment of the spine and pelvis, and am a Functional Medicine Practitioner (IFMCP).
As a physical therapist, I use a variety of manual techniques to facilitate healing and restore balance to the body such as Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Technique, Strain & Counterstrain, spinal or joint mobilizations, and targeted strengthening and movement re-training.
I have a lifelong interest in natural health and healing, and am a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (IFMCP) through The Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), which provides the gold standard in the field.
I am a certified NDT practitioner, specializing in the treatment of hemiplegia due to stoke or brain injury.
